Dear Rod & Bromwyn,
 
I refer to my flight at Port Macquarie last Saturday.

Although I had the chance to thank you following my flight with Jason, I felt compelled to write to you. I wish to put on record my most sincere appreciation for a truly fantastic day and the jaw dropping flight experience. Your whole attitude from our arrival to departure, not just for me, but all my friends, their families and my partner, was exceptional. The professional manner in which your whole operation was conducted is commendable and was talked about by all of us present on the day. As is probably the norm for a lot of your customers. I have tried not to bore the pants off my friends and work colleagues since my return, but its hard when the adrenalin is still in your system six days later. Needless to say, I know a few of my work colleagues who may be redirecting some of their hard earned cash to spend it on the big boys toys (subject to confirmation from the ministers of war and finance).

I hope by the time you receive this letter the DVD will have arrived. My two big boof head mates who were there on the day seem only interested in viewing the  vomiting scene. God bless them.

Again, thank you so much for making us all feel welcome. Fantastic set up and experience. I wish you both the best of health.

Well I think Jeff has almost come down to earth now but still has the biggest smile on his face whenever he talks about Saturday. He just keeps saying it was fantastic, excellent, incredible, amazing - I can't thank you & Rod enough for making his day so special. Making people so happy must be the most rewarding job in the world. I don't know how I will be able to top that one for his 70th birthday so we may be back.

Just a slightly belated but heartfelt BIG thank you for all your help in the arrangements for John’s surprise flight. He had the most brilliant experience as you can imagine and the surprise worked out brilliantly. He had absolutely no idea and just thought I had arranged a nice little sojourn to Port Macquarie until 30 minutes before we were due to meet at the hangar. He thought Rod was based in Newcastle! So thank you again. He still has a big smile on his face and the DVD was tops as well.

Just wanted to say thanks heaps again for an amazing day yesterday. It far exceeded my expectations and it was worth every penny.

Dee it was your constant communicating on the weather that finally got me up to Port Macquarie. Thanks heaps for your swift replies even the late night ones. Very helpful indeed.

Broni thanks a lot for picking me up and dropping to the Rydges hotel as well. Excellent host and went way beyond expected customer service. Tell Rod im still buzzing. I was contemplating smashing in the Virgin cockpit door on the way home and showing them how to fly a plane true topgun style.

Soon as I get the video I'll post it up on Facebook and Youtube and display your website with it. I can broadcast it to tens-of-thousands of people across Australia with Facebook relatively quickly and even more across Youtube. I'll add all your contact details and give a brief testimonial for the service next to the video so those wanting to know more can easily call you or write to you.

Broni can you please ask the DVD guys to make sure the unedited video is chucked onto the end of the DVD. That way i can make it shorter if need be. (Youtube and Facebook have uploading limits).

Thanks again for a great day. My mum is going to be keen to have a flight when i tell her about it (and show video) so i'll speak to her about the dogfighting. I know she would love that. Keep in touch.

Hi Rod and Phil, Thank you both very much for a fantastic experience! To sum it up in one word I would have to say “EXHILARATING”! A special thankyou to Phil, (my Co Pilot) for making the flight great fun but if it wasn’t for my skilful machine gun fire that blue tarpaulin would have gotten away and would still be creating havoc in northern New South Wales as I write this. Seriously though, I loved every minute of it. Fantastic to experience the “G” forces and gotta love that speed!!! The loops were great especially when we had zero gravity for those few seconds. Being able to take control was a highlight especially being able to rotate the plane a full 360 degrees, sorry Phil if I just got you in trouble… I was still on a high today. By the way Rod, slept like a log no-one pressing down in my dreams or in reality. Scott can verify that he reckons he stayed awake all night making sure there was no one there. He certainly got no sense out of me; I’ve never slept so soundly in my life. Thanks again it will be something that I won’t forget in my life (until the next time, anyway).

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Rod and the team at IFF for a great day on Saturday. WOW!!! The flight was the best thing I have ever done. Rod is a great pilot and instructor and made the flight the best experience I have ever had. His explanations of the types of manouvers and the way they are applied has made it easy for me to tell my friends how they work and why. This will be a memory I will always cherish and value as a once in a lifetime experience…well, I may do it again on my 50th!!!

I brought my husband, John, a Jet Fighter flight and he took it at the end of March out of Newcastle. He enjoyed it immensley.And our 3 girls and I enjoyed watching him experiencing it. When we arrived at Newcastle airport and spotted and met Kerry Anne, she made us feel very much at ease..... Rowen,the pilot,was just terrific. After going through the briefing with him I was very confident to let my husband go up into the sky with him!!!!!!!!!(I was sure he'd bring him back to me!!!!!) We received our DVD a few days ago and have had much fun in showing it to all our friends that drop in. We highly recommend you and hope you keep doing what you do. Thanks again guys.
