Newcastle Airport (Williamtown) Flight Dates 2009.

Jet Operations only. The next scheduled flight dates are:

No flights will be conducted at Williamtown until further notice due
 to airport upgrade.

Flight dates are at 6 week intervals, weekends only, and are set by RAAF Williamtown.

Jet Fighter operate at Newcastle Airport (not the RAAF side) located at Williamtown Drive, Williamtown NSW. Passengers are to make their way to Newcastle Airport’s main terminal. Our meeting point is the seating area next to the screening point (which is the bag x-ray point) in the centre of the terminal building. Passengers & friends will be escorted to the briefing room. Jet Fighter staff will be wearing military green flight suits and bright yellow ‘NTL’ safety vests & are easily identifiable.

Please note due to the increase in security at all our local airports only the Pilot, Jet Fighter staff with appropriate security clearances and the intended passenger will be allowed onto the ‘airside’ of the airport.

Flight Date Procedures: All passengers or nominated passenger contacts will be contacted the week of their scheduled flight date to re-confirm all flight information. Please note your booking time is your arrival time, we schedule your flight approximately 30 – 40 minutes after this
